Getting started takes less than two minutes. Follow the steps below to create your account and start listening right away.
Visit Joes Shop
Go to joesscanner.com/shop and find the Joe’s Scanner Subscription listing.
Choose Your Plan
Select the plan that works best for you:
Standard – $6/month or $60/year
Access to all servers plus 24 hours of call history. Includes a 7-day free trial.
Premium – $25/month or $200/year
Everything in Standard, plus full archive access going back to January 2023.
First Responder – Free
Available to active first responders and qualifying public safety personnel.
Verification is required – you will be contacted by email after signup,
or you can proactively reach out to [email protected] with your information.
Once you’ve chosen a plan, click Buy Now or add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter Your Information
Fill in the following at checkout:
- Your name and email address
- A billing address (required by our payment processor for card validation – no physical product is shipped)
- Your card information
Then click Purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your receipt right away. Be sure to set a password on your account as you will need that to log into the app.
Start Listening
Your account is active immediately after purchase.
Option A – New user:
Follow the app setup guide to get connected on iOS, Android, or Windows.

Option B – Returning user:
Use your JoesScanner.com username and password directly in the app.
Note: if you ever change your password on JoesScanner.com, you’ll need to
update it in the app as well.
