    Hi Joe,
I bought you a coffee already and have a question. Did ISP go encrypted recently? I can’t hear them on 460.550 as I usually do. They have an admin channel but I’m not sure what the freq. is for that. Thank you.

    1. Hello and thank you for the support.
The channels on/in the 460 range are the original channels used before they moved to the trunked ICAWIN system.. I do not tune them in myself as i use the ICAWIN system to listen to. I wonder if they finally stopped using the older channels for some reason? I honestly dont have an answer for you, however if you have questions about pulling in trunked calls i can help out there. Send me an email if you want more info there.
Are you familiar with RadioReference.com and looking up frequencies? https://www.radioreference.com/db/sid/4742
There is link to the information on the ICAWIN system, and from there you can explore all sorts of known radio frequencies.
Let me know how if i can help any more. [email protected]
